The prices listed are for a week of stay. Inclusive is hydro, gas, water.

Personal linens like towels, sheets, iron, central air, heating,and tv antenna's are not incluted in the price.

Every accomodationis available to the customer from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on the arrival, and must be free by 9:00 am of the day of leaving.

All the espences must be paid on the day of the arrival. In case of emergency leaving or late arrival there will be no reimbursment.

It will be considered cancelled the client that does not confirm the occupacy of the accomodation within 6:00 pm of the next day of the date of the arrival. In that case the agency will keep the deposit and re-rent the accomodation.

ID of all the people occupying the accomodation is needed on the arrival.
Its prohibited to have people staying without an ID, and not notified by personnel.

A guarantee for keeping the accomodation well kept, and without any damage, we ask for security.

Any eventual dificulties recognized to the inventory will be knowledged within 12: noon of the next day of the arrival.

The number of people assigned to the accomodations doesn't have to be more than the bed available in the rooms.

Extra bed and cribs, are to be requested to the agency (while supplies last)

Any damages to furnitures will be charged to the customer.

Broken cups, Glass, plates, and other things damaged has to be replaced with same ones of the same value and same name brand before leaving the accomodation and to be notify by the agency.
